UG rubber nanocomposite have been used as extremely strong nano-reinforcements, like Carbon nanofibers, for making Nano composites, which possess extraordinary high strength with low weight. UG Plus 230 as reinforcements could be used for improving the tensile properties and increasing the fracture energy once a crack is initiated in the composites. UG Plus 230 properties; Static Dissipative ESD (10EXP6 to 10EXP12) Conductive rubber based (10EXP1 to 10EXP6), EMI/RFI Shielding (10EXP1 to 10EXP4). Ugent also provided Graphene based Nano composites are expected for materials and EMI shielding effectiveness. |
